We will help you get your property ready for rentals and suggest ways to maximize your return on investment. Your property will be prominently displayed in the beginning of the property listings section, but more importantly, we will actively work to rent your apartment as frequently as possible.

Your property will have an immediate and direct benefit with our marketing campaigns and is provided at no additional cost.   We only charge a nominal monthly fee plus a set percentage on all bookings, so we are not making money unless you are. 

We will handle all aspects of the rental process including the check-in/check-out of the guests, collection of deposits, paying your bills, and making sure that your property stays in good condition.
