Reservations

Please read our conditions before making your reservations:

·        Only rentals for 3 days or longer will be considered (at the regular rate; shorter stays are possible at a higher nightly rate).  A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates.   Deposits can be made by bank wire directly into our bank account in the US (you pay all wire transfer fees).  You may also pay with your Mastercard, Visa,  Discover, or American Express card via PayPal.com.  (a 3.8% fee must be added if paying via PayPal.com).

·        Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment.  Your remaining balance will be due and must be in cash.  We will also collect a security deposit in the amount of US$200 that will be returned to you, provided that everything is in the same condition as when you arrived.  If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it.  If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.

·        A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in.  The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the contract will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.

·        Any cancellation made with 14 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s rent.  Any cancellation made with 10-13 days notice will be charged two nights’ rent.  Any cancellation made less than 10 days notice will have their entire deposit forfeited.
