Who We Are

ApartmentsMendoza.com is comprised of three partners:  An Argentine, Julian Sadofschi, and Frank Pirhalla and Brian Gregory from the United States.  Julian, Frank, and Brian each bring a different skill set to the range of services offered by ApartmentsMendoza.com, but the three partners all share an appreciation for the relaxed, friendly lifestyle available in Mendoza.

Julian Sadofschi is a licensed accountant.  He was raised in Mendoza and subsequently knows many Mendocinos.  We refer to Julian as the "unofficial mayor of Mendoza" because of his ability to pick up the telephone and get things done.  Julian handles international wire transfers, legal issues, negotiates real estate transactions, and oversees construction projects.  When not working, Julian can be found in his 4 X 4 exploring and having asados with his friends high in the Andes Mountains.

Frank Pirhalla was born in Washington, DC.  Since Frank's father was in the Foreign Service, Frank lived in both Europe and Asia as a child before returning to Washington, hence his love of traveling and exploring new places.  Frank previously worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as a national program manager.  Frank handles marketing, customer relations, and management of ApartmentsMendoza.com's rental properties.  Frank has owned and managed rental properties since 1983.  When not working, Frank enjoys traveling within Argentina, practicing becoming an Argentine, and sailing.

Brian Gregory was born in Colorado and grew up in the Midwest.  After graduating from college, Brian moved to Washington, DC, where he worked as a statistician for the Census Bureau and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  Brian handles property scouting, interior design, and website management for ApartmentsMendoza.com.  In his free time, Brian is an avid gardener, traveler, and squash player.

Frank and Brian first visited Argentina in 2003, when they fell in love with the people and the country, along with the asados and wine.  They made numerous trips back to Argentina, learning more about the country and its customs, and becoming friends with more and more Argentines.  Frank and Brian increasingly appreciated what Argentina offered and decided to move to Mendoza in 2006.

Among Julian, Frank, and Brian, they own five properties in Argentina.
